The brief
A chatbot answers. An agent acts. It reads a task, splits it into goals, chooses a tool for each one, reads what the tool says, writes it in its scratchpad, and loops until the job is done or the budget runs out. In this studio the whole loop is visible: every tool call, every error, every retry, and the message bus when four specialist agents (Planner, Researcher, Coder, Reviewer) share the work. Switch tools off, inject failures, take away the agent's memory, and watch what happens.

3 graded challenges inside the lab, and 8 questions at the end that check the idea rather than the clicks. Every attempt is saved, so a retry after a mistake counts as the learning it is.
