Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try it before you buy it

Every family starts with a free discovery class. Your child completes a short practical project with a mentor, and you receive an honest recommendation. A selection of labs is also open to try without an account. If Alpha Euron is not right for your child, there is no charge and nothing to refund.

All purchases are final

Payment opens your child's access in full and immediately: the learning pathway for their class, the lab library, projects and the AI tutor. Because that access is delivered in its entirety at the moment of purchase, we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, once a payment has completed. This applies to annual plans and to live program enrolments alike.

The free discovery class and the free labs exist so that you can make this decision before you pay. Please use them.

Cancellation

Nothing renews automatically. There is no recurring charge and no subscription to cancel: a plan runs for its stated term from the date of purchase and then simply expires. You may stop using Alpha Euron at any time and nothing further will be charged. Your child's work and records stay available to you for the remainder of the access period.

Billing errors we do correct

A billing mistake is not a refund request, and we put these right:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• a payment was taken but the access it paid for was never activated;
• you were charged for something you did not buy.

Write to us with your order number and we will investigate and return any amount taken in error.

If something is not working

If the program is not right for your child, or something is not working as described, tell us rather than giving up on it. We cannot refund a completed purchase, but we can look at what has gone wrong and at what we are able to do about it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under applicable consumer law.
