Questions parents ask
What does Alpha Plus include?
Every course on it, for one child, for a year: self-paced and live, with certificates and the parent dashboard. A course added during the year opens for them too.
Can we try before paying?
Yes. 7 courses are free. Enrol your child from the course page with no payment, then get Alpha Plus when you are ready.
I have more than one child. Do I pay full price for each?
Alpha Plus is per child, and the family discount applies on its own once a second child has it. It is worked out on the family's total, so buying together or months apart costs the same.
Does it renew? Can I get a refund?
Nothing renews on its own: it runs its term from the date of purchase and then ends. Purchases are final and are not refunded. The full detail is in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
