What is Alpha Euron?
An AI and coding platform for school students in Classes 4 to 12: lessons, interactive labs, quizzes, assessments, projects, an AI Tutor and a parent dashboard, organised around your child's class.
How does Alpha Plus work?
One purchase covers one child, one selected class, for one year. The price depends on the class group: 4-5, 6-8, 9-10 or 11-12.
Can I change my child's class?
You can correct your child's class from the parent dashboard. Plan access follows the class selected at purchase; at renewal it updates to the child's current class.
How long is access valid?
One year, 365 days from purchase, for every paid plan.
Are the live programs included in a plan?
Partly, and this is worth understanding. A plan already opens the self-paced material of any program built for your child's class, so a Class 6 plan includes the content of the Class 6 programs. What a plan does not include is the live part: the scheduled sessions with a mentor, the marked practicals and Demo Day. That is what you are buying when you enrol in a program separately.
What happens when my child moves up a class?
All progress, certificates and history stay on the profile. When you renew, the plan continues in the child's new class. If the new class is in a different price group, you renew at that group's price.
I have more than one child. Do I pay full price for each?
No. Put them all in the same order and the discount applies automatically: the first child pays the full price for their class, and every additional child is cheaper. Each child still gets their own class, their own progress and their own certificates.
What is Alpha Pro?
The premium student plan: everything in Plus, along with premium and advanced labs, premium projects, priority doubt support and advanced reports, for one child.
What is Alpha Infinity?
The complete membership: Classes 4 to 12, every premium learning experience, for up to three children.
Can schools purchase Alpha?
Yes. Alpha Euron for Schools is licensed per student per year with teacher tools and dashboards. See the For Schools page.
Can I cancel? What is the refund policy?
Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: a plan runs its term from the date of purchase and then expires. Purchases are final and we do not refund them, which is why the first class and a selection of labs are free to try first. Full detail is in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
