Each stage builds on the one before it. Pick the one that holds your child's class.
Foundation
Classes 4-5Thinking like a computer scientist
Before any syntax, the ideas underneath it: breaking a problem into steps, spotting a pattern, and seeing why a machine follows a rule exactly as written. Code arrives as something that draws.
- Break a problem into steps a machine can follow
- Write turtle code that draws a shape on purpose
- Explain, in their own words, how a machine sorts one thing from another

Explorer
Classes 6-8First real code, first real models
The step from following rules to training something. Students build a classifier, change the data it learns from, and watch the answer change, which is the moment AI stops being magic.
- Train a classifier and explain what its mistakes mean
- Build and finish a small project end to end
- Say where a dataset is unfair and what that does to the result

Builder
Classes 9-10Python, properly
Real Python, real statistics, and a studio where models are trained and measured rather than demonstrated. Generative models, language and vision arrive here.
- Write Python that reads data, cleans it and plots it
- Train and evaluate a model, and say why the score is what it is
- Build something with a generative model and know its limits

Launch
Classes 11-12Work that belongs in a portfolio
Neural networks from the inside, NumPy and pandas as working tools, and agents that reason, remember and use tools. The output is a capstone a student can show.
- Build and train a neural network and explain each layer
- Work fluently in NumPy and pandas on a real dataset
- Ship an agent that uses tools to complete a task end to end
