Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Parents: your mobile number, which is your account, plus a name and email if you choose to add them. Parents sign in with a one-time code sent to that mobile number by SMS or WhatsApp, so we never store a password. Sending the code means our messaging provider and your mobile network see the number and the code.
• Children: a first name, class, an avatar and a PIN chosen by the parent. Child profiles carry no email address and no phone number. Under-13 profiles are created only by a parent, and parental consent is recorded at creation.
• Learning data: lessons completed, submitted project links and notes, marks and mentor feedback.
• Site analytics: anonymous funnel events, for example that a class was selected. We do not build advertising profiles and we show no ads.
• How you found us: if you arrive from one of our own campaign links, your browser remembers the campaign name on that link and the site it referred you from, and sends it with an order or a callback request so we know which of our own adverts worked. It is kept in your browser, it is never shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data removes it. We do not create a visitor identifier and we still build no advertising profiles.
• In our mobile app: the app reports usage and crashes to Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) so we can see which parts are used and fix what breaks. That includes your device model, operating system version, a crash trace when the app fails, and Android’s advertising identifier, which Firebase Analytics collects by default. We use it only to measure and repair the app. We still run no ads, and we still do not build advertising profiles or sell data.

What we never do

• No selling or sharing of personal data with advertisers.
• The Alpha Euron platform has no camera access, and no face recognition or emotion tracking of children, ever. Live sessions run on a third-party meeting tool rather than on our own platform, and we never ask a child to switch their camera on.
• Live sessions are recorded and uploaded afterwards, so a student who misses one, or who wants to go over it again, can watch it back. Recordings capture the mentor and what is shared on screen.
• No contact between children and strangers: communication happens through mentor-reviewed feedback and parent-visible notifications.

Emails

We send transactional emails (sign-in codes, class reminders, review notifications) and the updates you would expect as a customer. Parent email is the channel; children receive nothing.

External tools

Some lessons use third-party tools, for example Scratch. Each external tool must be approved by the parent for each child before the child can open it. Third-party services have their own privacy policies.

Your controls

Parents can edit or remove child profiles, change PINs, revoke tool access, and ask us to delete family data by writing to contact@euron.one.
