How child accounts are protected
These rules apply to every child account on Alpha Euron.
Child accounts do not require a personal email address.
Parents manage the child's Alpha ID and PIN.
External platforms require parent approval before a child can open them.
We do not use facial recognition or emotion tracking.

Questions parents ask
How do I see my child's progress?
Your parent dashboard shows lessons, projects, marks, mentor feedback and upcoming classes, with email notifications for important updates.
Who can contact my child?
Only mentors, and only through written feedback on submitted work, which you can read too. There is no chat, no direct messaging and no way for another student to reach your child.
What does my child control, and what do I control?
Your child completes the lessons, projects and submissions. You manage the profile, permissions, external-tool approvals and schedule. Any new access request comes to you first.
Is this going to add to the school load?
It runs beside school, not on top of it. Nothing here is homework, nothing is due, and the roadmap is the same whether your child does it in one sitting a week or three short ones. The dashboard shows exactly when and for how long they were on it.
What does a year cost, and does it renew?
One payment covers one child for one academic year. Nothing renews on its own and no card is stored. The first class is free, before you pay anything. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the detail.
